Bridges

Bridges replace missing teeth by rigidly fixing artificial teeth to the neighbouring natural teeth. There are no plates involved so they look and feel completely natural.

Conventional Bridges

Crowns are placed on the natural teeth and used to support the artificial teeth. These are fixed into place and are not removable.

Adhesive (Maryland) Bridges

Replacement teeth can be bonded to the neighbouring natural tooth. There is no need to drill the supporting tooth. Modern bonding techniques ensure that these bridges can remain fixed for many years.

Implants

Artificial roots made from titanium are surgically placed in the jaw. Six months later teeth can be fixed to the implants to produce the nearest thing to true replacement teeth.
